Customer Order Tracking
Creative Storage Systems is committed to customer service. We want to make doing business with us as easy, helpful and informative as possible. And with that in mind, we have designed a easy to use interface for tracking orders.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a fax or e-mail notifying you of your personal User# and password. To access our order tracking program, all you need to do is enter your information into the box above.
You will be able to track your order through the stages of engineering, testing, production, shipment and delivery. Shipment information will include the pro/tracking number and a link (when available) to the carrier's web site for up to date information. Also, any Alerts/Potential problems with your order will be highlighted to minimize delays.
If you do not have a current order with us and want to try it out, simply enter 9654 as your User# and 300150 as your Password.
